As artists, illustrators and comic artists, we spend a great part of the day hunched over our desks. After years of back problems and body aches, I've compiled a list of effective stretches and yoga poses that greatly alleviate the pain, all of which have been vetted by a physiotherapist.

Performing these stretches on a regular basis is a good way to reverse the effects of prolonged sitting, and restore the body to into a better posture
